Services and Goals

Prenatal Diagnosis Support Australia helps the entire family and community - parents, surviving children, teachers, grandparents, and friends- to deal with the many emotions and grief that pregnancy, child loss and prenatal diagnosis lead to.

We offer:

We strive:

  • To provide services to support these families and the professionals that serve them.

  • To facilitate the grieving process and provide a community for the parents to feel understood and respected with their individual stories .

  • To increase public awareness of the issues families experiencing pregnancy and child loss face, including the impact on parents of a Fetal diagnostic.

  • To research the area of infant loss and more particularly the impact of receiving a fetal diagnosis in terms of long term outcomes for those families.
